As a Science Communicator and Teacher, I organised and supported science teaching and learning in different primary and secondary schools across Croatia, initiating discussions between school leaders and teachers,  and introducing new approaches and ideas in STEM Learning. 
I've also introduced and supported different STEM events, competitions, challenges and projects for schools to get involved with, such as the regional Italian Brain Bee Championship, a neuroscience competition for secondary school students, organised as part of the annual International Brain Bee competition. I was also involved in the organisation of the Summer School of Science, an international summer workshop, in Croatia.
